Prop 50
Proposition 50, the “Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection Act of 2002,” provides funds for water supply and water quality protection programs throughout the state. About $3.2 million is available under the Commission’s 2021 grant program for monitoring projects that support the goals of the Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan (CCMP), with priority given to projects that fulfill needs identified in the Comprehensive Monitoring Program.
